Prescription eyewear retailer LensCrafters has agreed to a $39 million settlement to resolve claims that the company engaged in deceptive advertising by making allegedly false statements about the precision of its AccuFit system. If, from Sept. 5, 2013, to Sept. 20, 2023, you purchased prescription eyeglasses from LensCrafters after being fitted with AccuFit, you may be eligible for payment.
