Lyons Magnus agreed to pay $3.5 million to settle allegations that it failed to disclose that some of its specialty drink products may contain a potentially harmful bacteria. If you purchased any of the qualifying products (listed in Exhibit E, here) between April 1, 2021, and Oct. 27, 2022, you may be eligible for payment.
