Macy’s agreed to pay $10.5 million to settle a lawsuit alleging that the retailer sold CVC sheets (Chief Cotton Value—a cotton mix) labeled with a higher thread count than actual, resulting in consumers overpaying for the product. If you purchased CVC Sheets supplied by AQ Textiles from a Macy’s store between Nov. 8, 2013, and March 24, 2023, you may be eligible for payment.
