Current and former account holders may be eligible for a share of the $2.3 million settlement if they were charged overdraft fees between November 24, 2010 and January 15, 2018 when they had sufficient funds available in the ledger balance to cover the transaction. Class members will automatically receive payment or account credit.
Final Approval Hearing is Feb. 23, 2018.
