Consumers who purchased certain Roundup®, HDX®, or Ace® brand weed and grass killer products may be eligible for payment. Monsanto agreed to settle allegations that its failure to disclose that the products’ active ingredient, glyphosate, could potentially cause cancer or other adverse health effects constituted false advertising.
