Current and former Morgan Stanley clients who received a data breach notice letter in July 2020 and/or June 2021 may be eligible for fraud insurance and reimbursement for out-of-pocket losses. Morgan Stanley agreed to a settlement over allegations of failing to properly dispose IT devices that contained client information.
