Naturelo Premium Supplements, a distributer of vitamins and nutritional supplements, has agreed to a $1.5 million settlement in a case alleging that the company engaged in deceptive marketing by labeling its magnesium supplements as containing 200mg of magnesium as glycinate chelate when, in fact, the supplements did not. If, between Sept. 1, 2018, and Feb. 28, 2024, you purchased Naturelo Magnesium Glycinate Chelate, directly from the company or from Amazon, you may be eligible for a payment.
