Individuals who received a prerecorded call from Neptune Society (or SCI Direct) on or after October 26, 2013 may be eligible for a pro rata share of the $15 million settlement. Individuals who receive 2 or more calls within a twelve month period on or after May 27, 2012 may be eligible for a pro rata share of the $15 million settlement.
