California residents who bought certain New Balance footwear between December 27, 2012 and January 24, 2019 with the label “Made in USA” when there were some parts that were not made in USA may be eligible for a $10 cash per qualifying product purchased with a maximum of five purchases per person. The company reached a settlement over allegations of improperly labeling and advertising the product as “Made in USA” when it contained non-domestic made parts.
