The lawsuit alleges that certain 2014-2018 Nissan Rogue, 201-2018 Nissan Pathfinder or 2015-2018 Infiniti QX60vehicles with continuously variable transmission are defective. Consumers who purchased or leased these models may be eligible for warranty extension and reimbursement for replacement or repair. Current and former owners with two or more transmission repairs or replacements may be eligible for a $1,000 voucher for a purchase or lease of one new Nissan or Infiniti Vehicle.
