PNI Digital Media agreed to a settlement as a result of a data breach of PNI Digital Media’s computer systems. Consumers who paid online with a credit card or debit card at CVS, Costco, or Rite Aid for photo services between June 2014 and July 31, 2015 may be eligible for up to $250 cash reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses and/or up to $10,000 cash reimbursement for extraordinary expense
