California and New York consumers who bought Scotts EZ Seed with the claim that grass grows “50% Thicker” between January 1, 2009 and September 30, 2014 may be eligible for a full refund (with a maximum of six packages) with proof of purchase. Class members without a proof of purchase may be eligible for $15 per package (with a maximum of three packages) under penalty of perjury.
