Consumers who conducted credit or debit card transactions and received an electronically-printed receipt that displayed the expiration date of the consumer’s credit or debit card between March 28, 2013 and April 1, 2017 at SeaWorld may be eligible for $25 cash. Class members who were not a SeaWorld Annual Passholder as of August 10, 2017 may be eligible for concession certificates. The company reached a settlement over allegations of violations of the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act.
