Consumers who purchased certain Taste of Nature candy products from January 1, 2013 to June 18, 2018 may be eligible for $0.25 per product purchased, with a maximum of four products (and a maximum of fifty products with proof of purchase). The company reached a settlement over allegations of deceptively packaging the products with unlawful empty space (“non-functional slack-fill”).
