Visa, Mastercard and member banks have agreed to a $5.54 billion settlement in a case alleging that the companies violated antitrust laws by conspiring to impose unfair business practices and fixed fees on participating merchants. If your business accepted Visa and/or Mastercard between Jan. 1, 2004, and Jan. 25, 2019, you may be eligible for payment.
