Yahoo agreed to a settlement as a result of a multiple data breaches and data security intrusions at Yahoo that occurred from 2012 to 2016. Consumers who had a Yahoo account between January 1, 2012 and December 31, 2016 may be eligible to choose between cash payment up to $100 or 2 years of free credit monitoring. Class members are eligible for fraud resolution services and reimbursement for out-pocket losses.
