Individuals who received automated calls to their cell phones on behalf of Zacks Investment Research or Zacks Investment Management between May 6, 2012 and June 30, 2017 may be eligible for a pro rata share of $4.6 million settlement. Individuals who received calls to their cell phones from Response North as part of Zacks Book or Options Trading Campaigns may be eligible for a cash payment. California residents who received a call from Response North that was subject to recording may be eligible for cash payment. The companies reached a settlement over allegations of violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
