U-Haul (data breach) »Claim deadline is/was Tuesday, 15 October 2024. U-Haul, a national moving and storage company, agreed to a $5.085 million settlement in a class action case alleging that the company failed to protect customer data from two data breaches, the first in September 2022 and the second in December 2023. If you are a California resident whose personal information was, or may have been, compromised in one or both of these breaches, and you received a Notice of Recent Security Incident, you may be eligible for payment. × |
