(本報訊)三藩市市參事會周二一讀通過法例收緊業主自住的逼遷條例，打擊虛報自住後將物業以更高租金再次放租的業主，除了規定業主必須宣誓在三年內的確會在物業居住外，亦新增罰款及允許非牟利機構對虛報的業主提出起訴。
