Q: Dave S. writes: "Do you know of a peer-to-peer lending company focused on family-to-family? It is always hard to lend to family or friends because of the strain it puts on relationships, and yet, these are the people we should be helping. A third party that manages the loan servicing could make it less stressful to loan to family at rates unavailable to them in the traditional loan marketplace.
