Current and former T-Mobile customers who were charged for unauthorized Premium Text Messages may be eligible for refund of unauthorized Premium Text Messages that were not Claim deadline is Tuesday, 30 June 2015.

Deadline for Account Summary Request Form is April 30, 2015.
