Defendant: One Technologies

Consumers who were charged for MyCreditHealth or ScoreSense credit monitoring may be eligible for a refund. One Technologies will provide $22 million in consumer refunds to settle a Federal Trade Commission complaint regarding One Technologies deceptive advertisement of free credit scores. Consumers who were charged for MyCreditHealth or ScoreSense credit monitoring may be eligible for a refund. One Technologies will provide $22 million in consumer refunds to settle a Federal Trade Commission complaint regarding One Technologies deceptive advertisement of free credit scores. According to the FTC complaint, One Technologies did not inform consumers that by signing up for a free credit score, the consumers would be enrolled in a credit monitoring program with a monthly fee of $29.95.
