California consumers whose personal identification information was requested and recorded during a credit card transaction between December 8, 2013 and March 16, 2016 at Gucci stores may be eligible to receive either a free gift item pre-selected by Gucci or 15% voucher off any full-priced merchandise purchase at a California Gucci store. Vouchers were sent Claim deadline is Wednesday, 20 April 2016.

Vouchers were sent to class members in February 2017. The Vouchers expire on August 27, 2017. 

Claim deadline is Wednesday, 20 April 2016.
