Individuals who requested a copy of their credit file disclosures containing public records from Equifax between July 28, 2013 and April 14, 2016 may be eligible for up 18 months of free Equifax credit monitoring service. Class members will automatically receive the service.
Final Approval Hearing is Oct. 28, 2016.
Claim deadline is Friday, 02 September 2016.
