Credit card accountholders whose credit card accounts were charged off by Chase Bank and sold to a collection agency on or after January 1, 2008 and were discharged in Chapter 7 bankruptcy may be eligible for payment. Alleges that Chase Bank failed to update the information to the credit reporting agencies regarding the Claim deadline is Wednesday, 18 July 2018.
