California consumers who purchased Hansen’s Smoothie Nectar products between June 19, 2010 and June 12, 2015 may be eligible for $0.50 per product purchased, with a maximum of $5. California consumers who purchased Hubert's lemonade or lemonade-tea products between June 19, 2010 and January 1, 2014 may be eligible for $1.00 per product purchased, with a maximum of $5. Class members who do not provide proof of purchase are limited to $5 total regardless of flavors purchased under penalty of perjury. The company reached a settlement over allegations of falsely advertising the products as “Natural” when not all the ingredients were natural.
