Alleges Experian reported inaccurate public record information and failed to identify the public records source in the consumers’ credit report in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act.  Individuals who requested a copy of their credit report containing tax liens, bankruptcy, or civil judgment without the identity of the source from Experian between January 15, 2011 and September 21, 2018 may be eligible for credit monitoring and to participate in the Mediation Program. Individuals who requested a copy of their credit report containing inaccurate information of tax liens, bankruptcy, or civil judgment from Experian between January 15, 2014 and September 21, 2018 may be eligible for credit monitoring and to participate in the Mediation Program.

Claim deadline is Saturday, 22 August 2020.

New York consumers who bought Charmin Freshmates Flushable Wipes between May 23, 2011 and March 6, 2020 may be eligible for cash payment. The companies reached a settlement over allegations of falsely advertising the products as “flushable’ when the products clogged the toilets and sewage system. Claim deadline is Saturday, 22 August 2020.
