Knix Wear, the maker of leakproof period underwear and related products, agreed to a $1.4 million settlement to resolve a case alleging that the company made misrepresentations and/or omissions by claiming that the products were 100% free of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (“PFAS”), fluorine and toxic chemicals. Claim deadline is Monday, 11 March 2024.
