Nonprofit Navy Federal Credit Union (NFCU), serving more than 13 million customers, will pay $5.5 million to settle allegations that it breached its account holder agreement by unfairly imposing certain fees on debit transactions. If you were charged at least one international service assessment (ISA) fee for transactions made in the U.S. between Aug. 9, 2016, and March 24, 2023, you may be eligible for payment.

Claim deadline is Friday, 07 June 2024.
