A $4 million settlement has been reached in a class action alleging that All-Clad misrepresented its cookware as dishwasher-safe. Plaintiffs claimed that putting the cookware in the dishwasher caused the non-stick surface to peel away and leave sharp edges. Depending on whether or not your All-Clad had “sharp edges” Claim deadline is Monday, 27 March 2023.

A $4 million settlement has been reached in a class action alleging that All-Clad misrepresented its cookware as dishwasher-safe. Plaintiffs claimed that putting the cookware in the dishwasher caused the non-stick surface to peel away and leave sharp edges. Depending on whether or not your All-Clad had “sharp edges” after being washed in the dishwasher, you may be eligible for a replacement, a payment and/or a credit toward a future purchase of All-Clad cookware.
