A settlement has been reached in a case alleging that airline Lufthansa breached its terms of service by failing to refund, either entirely or within a reasonable amount of time, consumers whose flights were canceled due to COVID-19. Class members are U.S. residents who purchased tickets for Lufthansa flights scheduled to operate to or from the U.S. between Jan. 1, 2020, and Aug. 16, 2021, and whose flights were canceled by Lufthansa. If you are eligible, you may receive a payment or a flight voucher.

Wells Fargo will pay $3.75 million to settle a class action lawsuit alleging that the bank facilitated a Ponzi scheme that cost investors in Equitybuild, a buy-and-flip investment property business, millions. If you received a notice by mail that included a pre-populated “Amount of Loss” that is lower than your actual loss, you can submit documentation to support a higher loss. Class members can receive a proportional cash payment based on the amount they lost in the scheme.
