Three major tuna fish producers agreed to a $6.5 million dollar settlement to resolve allegations that the companies conspired to overcharge consumers for packages or cans of tuna 40 ounces or larger, purchased from Wal-Mart, Costco, Sam’s Club, DOT Foods or Sysco between June 2011 and December 2016. Three major tuna fish producers agreed to a $6.5 million dollar settlement to resolve allegations that the companies conspired to overcharge consumers for packages or cans of tuna 40 ounces or larger, purchased from Wal-Mart, Costco, Sam’s Club, DOT Foods or Sysco between June 2011 and December 2016. If you are a resident of one of 27 states or Washington, D.C., and purchased one of the qualifying products during that time frame, you may be eligible for payment.
Claim deadline is Wednesday, 21 June 2023.
