According to the FTC complaint, TracFone set data limits unknown to the consumer and would slow or terminate the data service when consumers reached the data limit. Consumers who had Straight Talk, Net10, Simple Mobile, or Telcel America unlimited data plan before January 2015 may be eligible for a refund.
