Bad credit card habits could make a comeback

TransUnion, one of the nation’s major credit bureaus, issued what on the surface should have been welcome news about the delinquency rate of credit users.
The ratio of bank-card borrowers 90 days or more late paying their bills fell by more than 32 percent in fourth quarter 2010 compared to a year earlier.
